Our Managed IT service means that you always have access to the services of an independent IT consultant who understands your business and its IT requirements. We work closely with you to ensure that all installed services function efficiently.
Computer Solutions offers two levels of managed support
Level 1 offers monitoring of critical services including, but not limited to, data backup, firewall access, email, antivirus updates. It offers a guaranteed response time to logged calls. It also enables access to our remote desktop solution. This allows us to quickly assist your staff without the expense of a call-out. Calls under a Level 1 agreement are charged at standard rates.
Level 2 builds on Level 1 by integrating all of your IT requirements into a single monthly bill. This requires us to fully understand your business requirements and to align the service agreement with these requirements. With a Level 2 agreement in place, all service related calls incur zero charges.
